It evaluates an organization's controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of data. Achieving SOC 2 compliance demonstrates that a company has implemented robust measures to protect sensitive information.
The "Type 2" designation goes a step further by assessing how effectively these controls operate over an extended period, typically several months. This means that not only have we established stringent data protection protocols, but we've also consistently maintained them over time.
For students and families, this compliance ensures that personal information—such as names, academic records, and other sensitive data—is handled with the highest level of security.
