Interviewer:
You told me you were going to do a “bar” joke this week, but I certainly wasn’t expecting this. What happens if you remove that bar?

Cartoonist:
Don’t remove that bar! The 3s repeat forever and plough through anything in their path.  We made the mistake once and it was a major disaster…. still need to repair that hole in the wall.

Interviewer:
Ha! I love it! This casts repeating decimals in a whole new light. We wouldn’t want a supervillain to get their hands on one of these. Can’t wait for the next Off the Number Line cartoon.
