Math Is for Everyone: A Year of Growth and Achievement

At MIND Education, we are thrilled to share the progress and accomplishments made over the past year. The Annual Report reflects our unwavering commitment to advancing math education, creating equitable opportunities, and fostering a love for learning in students nationwide.

This year was filled with incredible milestones that demonstrate the power of collaboration and innovation in education.

Expanding Access, Delivering Outcomes

We reached more students, schools, and districts than ever before with ST Math, providing transformative learning experiences to communities that need them most. This year, ST Math impacted 2,179,815 students in over 7,419 schools across all 50 states.

Evidence-based practices remain at the heart of what we do, with data showcasing measurable gains in student understanding and achievement. A year-long study with nearly 9,000 students in grades 3-5 revealed that those using ST Math significantly outperformed their peers across various subgroups, including race/ethnicity and economic status.

Our efforts prioritized underrepresented and underserved communities, ensuring all learners have access to high-quality math education. Through community engagement programs like Family Math Weeks, we connected with 5,473 families who played 2,432,859 minutes of MathMINDs games, changing the way math is experienced at home and in schools.

Thousands of teachers engaged in our professional learning programs, gaining tools and strategies to create classrooms where every student can succeed in math. Our new comprehensive curriculum, InsightMath, began field testing this year, receiving enthusiastic feedback from both students and educators. We are excited to expand its reach in the coming year.

Redefining What It Means to Be a Math Person

We continue to champion that we are all math people! This uplifting piece showcases (real) students, educators, and community members embracing the idea that math is for everyone. It’s a reminder that mathematical thinking isn’t just about numbers—it’s about creativity, collaboration, and problem solving - Math belongs to all of us. It’s time to change how we learn.

Watch the video here and let it spark your own belief in the limitless potential of every learner.

These accomplishments reflect our collective mission to ensure that all students have an equitable opportunity to succeed in math and develop the skills they need to thrive. As we reflect on the progress made in 2024, we’re reminded that none of this would be possible without the incredible support of our partners, donors, and advocates. Your commitment fuels our mission and helps us create meaningful change in the lives of students and educators alike.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. Let’s continue working together to build a future where everyone can proudly say, “I am a math person.” You can explore the full Annual Report here.
