With Thanksgiving behind us and the holiday season ahead, it's the perfect time to reflect on our gratitude and find ways to give back. It’s also a time to celebrate and further our mission. At MIND Education, we cherish the spirit of giving that accompanies this time of year, particularly on Giving Tuesday.
Giving Tuesday is celebrated on the first Tuesday following Thanksgiving each year. It's a global movement that encourages everyone to do good by giving back to their communities and supporting causes they care about. Started in 2012, Giving Tuesday has become a worldwide phenomenon, inspiring millions to donate, volunteer, and make a positive impact in countless ways.
At MIND, Giving Tuesday is a special day for us to highlight and celebrate the support of our community. We embrace this day as an opportunity to honor and further our mission: ensuring all students are mathematically equipped to solve the world's most challenging problems. And the generosity we receive on Giving Tuesday helps us advance this mission.
Last year, with the support of our donors and partners, we expanded our ST Math reach to over 2.1 million students and 174,000 teachers in more than 7,000 schools across all 50 states. This growth is a testament to the incredible power of community support.
By participating in Giving Tuesday and supporting MIND Education, you help us bring meaningful math learning to students across the nation, empowering them to solve tomorrow's problems with confidence.
On behalf of everyone at MIND Education, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. This Giving Tuesday, let's come together to continue giving back to our communities and each other. Together, we can ensure that all students have the mathematical skills they need to tackle the challenges of tomorrow and proudly say, "I am a math person."
Let's make this Giving Tuesday our most impactful one yet.
