2020 has been unlike any other year with the COVID-19 pandemic affecting our students, schools, and families all over the nation (and world!) With the generous support from our donors and supporters, we were able to deepen student access to meaningful math learning during school closures in the 2019-2020 school year. We reached an additional 5,725 schools and 1.8M+ new students with free access to our ST Math program.
As we get ready to wrap up 2020 and welcome the new year, I’d like to invite everyone to join me in supporting MIND Research Institute this holiday season. Together, we can continue to fulfill our mission of ensuring that all students are mathematically equipped to solve the world's most challenging problems.
Here are 6 ways you can support MIND this holiday season:
Did you know that you can support MIND through your Amazon purchases? By shopping on the AmazonSmile site (smile.amazon.com) and selecting “MIND Research Institute” as your beneficiary, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of your eligible purchases to MIND.
I truly hope MIND is your charitable organization of choice. Did you know, this year MIND was able to expand their ST Math reach to more than 1.34 million students and 74,000 teachers in over 5,500 schools across all 50 states?
Our impact numbers were the largest they have ever been in MIND’s twenty-two year history! This is one of the many great things we accomplished together in 2020.
Cyber Monday is known as one of the largest online shopping holidays of the year. To celebrate and show our gratitude to our ST Math community, MIND is having a Cyber Monday sale on all JiJi Store items.
Mark your calendars for Monday, November 30th as this deal is only valid on this day! Our Cyber Monday sale is the perfect time to stock up on end-of-year celebration prizes for your ST Math students.
You can also rest easy knowing that all purchases made at the MIND Marketplace help fund our mission.
As a nonprofit, neuroscience, social impact organization, MIND depends on the generous support of individuals, foundations, and corporations to achieve the mission and help advance opportunities for all students.
Please consider donating to MIND on GivingTuesday this December 1, 2020. Any donation, no matter how big or small is appreciated. You can feel good knowing that all donations go directly to programming for students, teachers, and families.
When 70% of students exiting K-12 education are not proficient in math, it’s crucial that we provide all students with the necessary skills needed to gain deep conceptual understanding in math for future success in STEM.
