MIND Research Welcomes Martin Buschkuehl

describe the imageLast week we announced that working memory expert Martin Buschkuehl, Ph.D., has joined the MIND team as Director of Education Research. Working memory can be an excellent predictor of scholastic achievement, and Buschkuehl’s pioneering research demonstrates that enhanced working memory skills can lead to improvements in problem solving and reasoning. “Joining MIND Research, and contributing to the organization’s work in improving learning environments, is such a wonderful opportunity to help young people prepare for academic and career success,” he said. Buschkuehl’s work will help enhance MIND’s efforts to improve cognitive training and working memory training within ST Math.
